Web accessibility

Our website has been created with consideration of homepage development practices pursuant to JIS X 8341-3:2016, a Japanese Industrial Standard for web accessibility. Being aware that some pages are still not adequately attended to, we are committed to making continued efforts on development and to improving accessibility,

Characters used

Any kanji that is a non-standard character is either replaced with another letter or is displayed as an image.
No one-byte katakana characters are used.

Colors and forms

We make sure that text colors should be well contrasted to the background and that any combination of colors should be easy to view.
As a general rule, no moving or flashing letters are used.

Operability

A common navigation menu is placed at the top of each page.

Links

When providing a link to a PDF file, it is clearly indicated that the link leads to data in PDF format.
We are committed to working further to make our principal pages more sophisticated and to improving accessibility, in an effort to deliver a homepage on which information is made available for everyone who needs it, regardless of the operating environment.
