Since our research and operations are funded by the national government, it is one of our important obligations to set appropriate mid- to long-term objectives and mid-term plans. Our annual plan gets implemented along the lines of such objectives and plans, subsequent to which research evaluation and organizational assessment are performed and results are made public. Our objectives and plans will be revised flexibly according to changes in circumstances and other such factors.
