専門:環境疫学、毒性神経行動学

一貫し、メチル水銀の胎児影響に関する研究を行ってきた。現在は、平成27年度から5年計画で
①妊婦・胎児のメチル水銀とその他の重金属曝露評価に関する研究
②セレンによるメチル水銀毒性抑制及びセレンと水銀のヒトや 海洋生物での存在形態に関する研究、を行っている。
WHO等関係の海外調査にも多数参加。他に、
